Radel at this location is literally the sweetest human, and made my drive through experience something to remember. I was telling her how I was sad they got rid of the very berry hibiscus refresher and she made the recommendation to try the new midnight drink. She made me a mini one to try and also gave me some hot sauce for the new jalapeno pocket I got that I had never had before. Her small talk didnt seem forced or awkward and was genuine. “ Hello I went to this location recently for the first time. I was there at 505 am on Saturday 102823 just after they opened for the day. I dont typically go to Starbucks, I usually either make coffee at home or get Dutch bros to be completely honest. I had a Starbucks gift card that was given to me from my employer as one of the very few perks showing appreciation. Not even a pizza party haha anyway I have a 45 min commute to work and was out of coffee creamer so decided to go to Starbucks and use my gift card for coffee and breakfast sandwich before having to be at work by 6am. I did not get the employees name, I saw two people working inside when I pulled through the drive through. So friendly, fast, answered my questions, and then I pulled up to pay and get my stuff and they said my order was on the house. I almost cried. Thank you girls so much. I will definitely be back. I Hope their manager appreciates them and they are treated well at work!! It seriously made my day. ”
